Working at the Hyatt Regency Kyoto Hotel, I constantly met guests who wanted local authentic experiences in Kyoto but seemed to only get the touristy stuff!!

I wanted to help visitors discover the hidden gems of Kyoto so I established my own tourism company and became an officially licensed guide, providing local authentic tours and experiences.

More than just a guide, I’ve lived and worked in Japan for over 15 years, acquiring Japanese language skills, knowledge and unique connections to help visitors discover local authentic experiences, even Japanese locals are surprised I know about!
